Born in Montgomery, AL, Damarcus has lived in Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Massachusetts and now, Durham. After completing coursework at Morehouse College and Georgia State University, he settled into Luther Rice University and is soon to complete the theological program. With aspirations of becoming a pastor, Damarcus would sum up his personality stating that he loves people. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Dr. Amy Johnson.
