*A council of leaders convened by the director of the Mary Lou Williams Center for Black Culture for the purpose of creating connections, cultivating commitments to change the community.  Specifically, it is comprised of the [co]presidents/vice presidents or a designee of each of the Black affinity groups at Duke University.  A core belief that inspired the creation of this group and will ultimately ensure its success is that Together Everyone Achieves More.
